Tram Debby Le, a native of Orange County, California, is a dedicated attorney with a strong passion for serving diverse communities. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, where she was actively involved in leadership and advocacy. As President of the Vietnamese American Student Bar Association and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, she developed a deep commitment to community service and legal excellence.
Fluent in Vietnamese, Debby volunteered with the Southeast Asian Legal Outreach Program under the Public Law Center in Westminster, California, providing invaluable legal assistance to underserved communities. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. After sitting for the California Bar Exam in July 2011, she dedicated her career to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal matters.

Katherine Sharif

Katherine is an experienced law clerk and legal professional with a strong background in business operations, regulatory compliance, contract analysis, and corporate law. Katherine became the most recent addition to the Elkhalil Law team when she moved to Georgia in 2020.
Originally from Orange County, California, she earned her B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) before obtaining her Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law in 2010.
For over a decade, Katherine has been emersed in the fields of legal compliance, business development, and contract law, working with both emerging startups and large international corporations. Her expertise in contract review and business strategy led her to co-found Vital Contract Analysis, a firm specializing in employment agreements for physicians, medical schools, and residency programs. Prior to joining Elkhalil Law, she provided in-depth legal analysis to clients navigating complex business agreements, ensuring their contracts aligned with long-term goals and regulatory compliance.
Now based in Georgia, Katherine is a valuable member of the Elkhalil Law team, where she continues to offer strategic legal support tailored to the needs of both individuals and businesses. Enxhi Agolli
Paralegal / Legal Assistant
Born in Albania, Europe, Enxhi Agolli immigrated to the United States in 2016 and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Enxhi attended the University of Tirana in Albania and graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences with a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Social Policy. She worked at Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation of Disputes, an Albanian non-profit organization dedicated to the democratization of Albanian society through resolving and reconciling the conflicts and disputes that may arise between individuals or social groups. After a year and a half at Elkhalil Law, Enxhi decided to pursue a Paralegal Certification at the University of Georgia and has since graduated from the program. Enxhi is fluent in Albanian, Spanish and Italian and runs the office here at Elkhalil Law.

Hannah was born in Jiangsu Province, China and immigrated to the United States in 2000. She graduated from Peking University, School of Law with her LLB degree, from Case Western Reserve University, School of Law with her LLM degree, and from the University of Georgia School of Law with her JD degree. She is licensed in the states of Georgia and New York. She has been practicing immigration law since 2005 and is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyer Association (AILA). Fluent in Chinese, Hannah is actively involved in Atlanta Chinese community.

Cesi Martinez was born in Mexico and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Cesi spends her time volunteering on the weekends with various activities and also enjoys relaxing with her rescue dogs. She has had an interest in law ever since she was a little girl personally applying for DACA, and her drive to bring justice to light will ensure that operations run smoothly. She is also fluent in English and Spanish.
