Our goal is to establish and maintain a long-term relationship with every client. With over 50 years of combined experience, we are equipped and devoted to handling any case our clients may encounter in our practice areas. Although we are based in Atlanta, with attorneys and staff fluent and proficient in 7 languages, we are able to serve many different communities around the world.   • Hassan Elkhalil

    Attorney At Law

    Hassan Elkhalil speaks both Arabic and English and has practiced law for 20 years. He specializes in the fields of Business, Immigration, International, and Criminal Law. Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Mr. Elkhalil currently lives with his wife and two sons in Marietta, Georgia. He attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then went on to receive his J.D. from John Marshall Law School, and an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from the University of Missouri – Columbia Law School. Additionally, Mr. Elkhalil is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Fluent in Arabic, Mr. Elkhalil is extremely active in his community and participates in a variety of community, cultural, and civil rights organizations.

  • Debby Le

    Associate Attorney, Juris Doctorate

    Tram Debby Le was born and raised in Orange County, California. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving her BA in Political Science and attended Whittier Law School obtaining her JD, and sat for the California bar exam in July 2011. Debby is a member of the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and Los Angeles County Bar Association. At Whittier Law School, she was President of the Vietnamese American Student Bar Association, and was also a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity. Fluent in Vietnamese, Debby also volunteered her time at the Southeast Asian Legal Outreach Program under the Public Law Center in Westminster, CA. She specializes in the practice of Immigration Law here at Elkhalil Law, and is also proficient in working with clients for their needs in Estate Planning, Wills & Trusts.

  • Katherine Sharif

    Law Clerk, Juris Doctorate

    Katherine is from Orange County, CA and became a recent addition to the Elkhalil Law team when she moved to GA. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles, double majoring in History and Political Science and obtained her J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2010. Katherine has been involved in the founding and operation of multiple startups over the past decade, as well as working with several large international corporations in the field of business and contract analysis. Prior to joining Elkhalil Law, Katherine specialized in contract review and analysis, where she gave in-depth advice to both individual and corporate clients, and helped found Vital Contract Analysis, an employment-analysis firm working primarily with physicians, medical schools, and residency programs. Katherine has extensive experience helping her clients interpret and apply legal principles, and is dedicated to guiding her clients towards achieving their best outcomes.

  • Enxhi Agolli

    Paralegal / Legal Assistant

    Born in Albania, Europe, Enxhi Agolli immigrated to the United States in 2016 and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Enxhi attended the University of Tirana in Albania and graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences with a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Social Policy. She worked at Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation of Disputes, an Albanian non-profit organization dedicated to the democratization of Albanian society through resolving and reconciling the conflicts and disputes that may arise between individuals or social groups. After a year and a half at Elkhalil Law, Enxhi decided to pursue a Paralegal Certification at the University of Georgia and has since graduated from the program. Enxhi is fluent in Albanian, Spanish and Italian and runs the office here at Elkhalil Law.

  • Hannah Hanyun Huang

    Of Counsel Attorney, Juris Doctorate

    Hannah was born in Jiangsu Province, China and immigrated to the United States in 2000. She graduated from Peking University, School of Law with her LLB degree, from Case Western Reserve University, School of Law with her LLM degree, and from the University of Georgia School of Law with her JD degree. She is licensed in the states of Georgia and New York. She has been practicing immigration law since 2005 and is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyer Association (AILA). Fluent in Chinese, Hannah is actively involved in Atlanta Chinese community.

  • Cesi Martinez

    Receptionist/Front Desk

    Cesi Martinez was born in Mexico and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Cesi spends her time volunteering on the weekends with various activities and also enjoys relaxing with her rescue dogs. She has had an interest in law ever since she was a little girl personally applying for DACA, and her drive to bring justice to light will ensure that operations run smoothly. She is also fluent in English and Spanish.
