Two fliers from Obama’s Executive Order Released

Two flies on President Obama’s recent executive orders on immigration are now available from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

The fliers explain (1) the importance of avoiding scams, (2) not submitting requests until the new initiatives are made fully available, and (3) the eligibility requirements for the expanded Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA).

The fliers are available in PDF format for the languages of Chinese, English, Korean, Spanish, and Vietnamese.

You can also visit the USCIS website for the latest updates on the DACA and DAPA programs.
