Attorney At Law Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Mr. Elkhalil currently lives with his wife and two sons in Marietta, Georgia. He attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then went on to receive his J.D. from John Marshall Law School, and an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from the University of Missouri – Columbia Law School. Additionally, Mr. Elkhalil is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Associate Attorney Debby was born and raised in Orange County, California. She now resides in Dunwoody, Atlanta with her husband. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving her BA in History and Political Science, attended Whittier Law School obtaining her JD, and sat for the California bar exam in July 2011. Debby is a member of the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and Los Angeles County Bar Association. At Whittier Law School, she received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, was President of the Vietnamese American Student Bar Association, and was also a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity. Fluent in Vietnamese, Debby also volunteered her time at the Southeast Asian Legal Outreach Program under the Public Law Center in Westminster, CA. During her free time, Debby enjoys exploring her new home city of Atlanta. She enjoys photography, snow skiing, hiking, and traveling. Legal Intern. Sawsan Selim was born in Georgia to Egyptian parents and is currently attending Georgia State University to study Political Science and Journalism. At GSU, Sawsan is a Model Arab League competitor in which she debates, negotiates, and writes resolutions as a diplomat of a select Arab League country at regional and national competitions. With her education and experience, she hopes to go to law school and practice immigration and/ or human rights law. Sawsan is heavily involved in Atlanta as a student activist, having organized many resistance events, including the Atlanta March for Social Justice and Women that brought over 65,000 Atlantans together in protest. During her free time, Sawsan enjoys spontaneous adventures, photography, videography, writing, traveling, sports, spending time with family and friends, and trying new things. Legal Intern. Rasha Allaf was born in Latakia, Syria and raised in Suwanee, Georgia. Currently attends Georgia State University working on her double-major International Economics and Spanish and minor in Political Science. Rasha is currently involved in GSU’s Model United Nations team as a Director for the UNHCR for GSUMUN and has been competing in MUN conferences for the past year. She is also a part of the Model Arab League at GSU serving as one of the board members as well as the lead representative for MAL in the fee council. She has been competing in conferences for a year as well. With the skills that Rasha obtains from MUN and MAL, such as negotiating, critically thinking, resolution-writing, and heavy leadership, she hopes to apply them in Law school. Rasha has worked with programs such as the IRC (International Rescue Committee) and HOPE (Hispanic Organization Promoting Education) to aid local communities and help them thrive in education. She is fluent in Arabic and very proficient in Spanish. When she’s not at school or working, Rasha enjoys traveling, hiking, writing, and occasionally owning pet chickens.
Front Receptionist. Born in Tirana, Albania, Enxhi immigrated in the US around August 2016. She currently resides in Atlanta,Georgia. Enxhi attended the University of Tirana and graduated from the Faculty Of Social Sciences in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Administration and Social Policy. With her education she hopes to continue her studies here and get her master’s degree.She worked for almost 2 years in an Albanian non-profit foundation ”Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation of Disputes” as an office assistant, helping with the democratization of the Albanian society through resolving and reconciling the conflicts and disputes that may arise between individuals or social groups. She was involved in programs promoting the values of understanding, constructive conflict management, reconciliation and tolerance. Enxhi is fluent in Albanian,and very proficient in Spanish and Italian. Being a nature enthusiast, in her free time she enjoys spending time outdoor as well as with family and friends. Attorney at Law. Dana was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Georgia to attend law school. Dana attended Mundelein College and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 1987. She then moved to Atlanta to attend John Marshall Law School and graduated with a Juris Doctor and sat for the Georgia bar exam in 1996. Dana is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys.
