Hassan Elkhalil, ESQ.

Attorney At Law. Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Mr. Elkhalil currently lives with his wife and two sons in Marietta, Georgia. He attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then went on to receive his J.D. from John Marshall Law School, and an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from the University of Missouri – Columbia Law School. Additionally, Mr. Elkhalil is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Debby Le

Associate Attorney. Debby was born and raised in Orange County, California. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving her BA in History and Political Science, attended Whittier Law School obtaining her JD, and sat for the California bar exam in July 2011.  Debby is a member of the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and Los Angeles County Bar Association. At Whittier Law School, she received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, was President of the Vietnamese American Student Bar Association, and was also a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity.  Fluent in Vietnamese, Debby also volunteered her time at the Southeast Asian Legal Outreach Program under the Public Law Center in Westminster, CA.  During her free time, Debby enjoys exploring her new home city of Atlanta. She enjoys photography, snow skiing, hiking, and traveling. Charlotte Carter

Associate Attorney.  Charlotte was born and raised in Batavia, Illinois. She attended Southern Illinois University Carbondale where she received her B.S. in Social Work and Administration of Justice. While pursuing her undergraduate studies, she interned as a legal assistant to aid clients seeking Social Security benefits and worked for the Illinois Department of Corrections Rehabilitation Institute to help work release residents transition from prison. Charlotte moved to Atlanta, Georgia to attend John Marshall Law School where she earned her J.D. and is currently a member of the Georgia Bar. During her law school studies she served as a research assistant and extensively researched the First Amendment and Constitutional law. Since graduating from law school, Charlotte has primarily worked in criminal law focused on providing legal services and representation to indigent and underprivileged clients. Enxhi Agolli

Legal Assistant.  Born in Albania, Europe, Enxhi Agolli immigrated to the United States in 2016 and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.  Enxhi attended the University of Tirana in Albania and graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences with a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Social Policy. She worked at Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation of Disputes, an Albanian non-profit organization dedicated to the democratization of Albanian society through resolving and reconciling the conflicts and disputes that may arise between individuals or social groups. After a year and a half at Elkhalil Law, Enxhi decided to pursue a Paralegal Certification at the University of Georgia and has since graduated from the program. Enxhi is fluent in Albanian, and very proficient in Spanish and Italian. Yesy Valdes

Legal Assistant.  Yeselys Valdes was born in Miami, Florida and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. She moved to Atlanta, GA when she married her best friend. She attended Greenville Tech for Child Development but her heart has always been with law, so she is currently taking steps to become a Paralegal. Yeselys spends her time volunteering on the weekends with various activities and also enjoys relaxing with her rescue dog, Khaleesi. She has had an interest in law ever since she was a little girl and her drive to bring justice to light will ensure that operations run smoothly. She is also fluent in English and Spanish. Sawsan Selim


Legal Assistant.  Sawsan Selim was born in Georgia to Egyptian parents and is currently attending Georgia State University (GSU) to study Political Science and Journalism. At GSU, Sawsan is a Model Arab League and Model United Nations competitor in which she debates, negotiates, and writes resolutions as a diplomat of a select country at regional, national, and international competitions. With her education and experience, she hopes to go to law school and eventually become a Professor of Law. Sawsan is heavily involved in Atlanta as a student activist and community organizer, having organized many large-scale events, including the Atlanta March for Social Justice and Women that brought over 65,000 Atlantans together in protest. Natalia Rendon


Front Receptionist. Natalia Rendon was born to Mexican parents and raised in Los Angeles, California. During her time in Los Angeles, she dedicated herself to honing her skills as a customer service specialist, rapidly climbing the ranks in the banking industry over the span of ten years. In December 2018, she moved to Atlanta with her daughter Jazzlynn for a fresh start following the loss of a loved one. Natalia firmly believes in the power of the smile. Hanyun “Hannah” Huang


Of Counsel.  Hannah was born in Jiangsu Province, China and immigrated to the United States in 2000. She graduated from Peking University, School of Law with her LLB degree, from Case Western Reserve
University, School of Law with her LLM degree, and from University of Georgia, School of Law
with her JD degree. She is licensed in Georgia and New York. She is a member of the Georgia Bar
Association and the American Immigration Lawyer Association (AILA). She started practicing
immigration law since 2005. Fluent in Chinese, Hannah is actively involved in Atlanta Chinese
